Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation, Hassle-Free Experience
At Urban Aura, we understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for all bookings.
1. General Cancellation Terms
20 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.
10 to 15 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Within 7 days or no-show: No refund will be provided.
2. Group & Special Event Bookings
Group bookings, wedding bookings, or festival-season reservations may have separate cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Early Check-Out
Guests checking out earlier than their scheduled date will be charged for the entire duration of their booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Force Majeure
In situations beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or government restrictions), cancellation policies may be relaxed or modified at management’s discretion.
