Terms & Conditions of Your Stay
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines that apply when staying at Urban Aura. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 02:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 Noon
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to additional charges.
2. Identification & Guest Verification
All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) during check-in.
3. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance must be cleared at check-in.
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
4. Property Rules
Smoking: Prohibited inside rooms; permitted in designated areas only.
Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
Noise: Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Damage: Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
5. Liability & Safety
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas. Please use in-room safes for valuables.
6. Management Rights
The management reserves the right to:
Refuse service to any guest for misconduct or policy violation.
Cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.
Modify rates, services, or terms without prior notice.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Anantnag District Court, Jammu & Kashmir.
