Our Commitment to Fair Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to ensure transparency in every transaction and guest satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds apply to bookings canceled as per our Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in.

  • Partial refunds (50%) for cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in.

  • No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Any delay caused by bank or payment gateway processing is beyond our control, but we will assist in expediting the process.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Special promotional rates, discounted packages, or last-minute offers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If your account is debited twice due to a technical error, please email us immediately with transaction details for prompt reversal.
